O contributo do coaching para o desenvolvimento do aluno de flauta transversal

Abstract

O Relatório de estágio insere-se no âmbito da Prática Profissional do Mestrado em Ensino de Música da Universidade do Minho, desenvolvido no Conservatório de Música de Guimarães. O coaching é descrito como uma metodologia de grande impacto nos nossos dias, sendo considerada uma ferramenta relevante e pertinente. Esta ferramenta tem vindo a ser explorada nas mais diversas áreas, como ensino, desporto, ao nível empresarial, entre outras. A área musical constitui um potencial foco onde o coaching pode contribuir positivamente para um melhor desempenho dos intervenientes. O Projeto de Intervenção Pedagógica foi implementado na referida escola com alunos do 2º, 3º ciclos e secundário, tendo o projeto de investigação incidido num universo de quatro alunos do Ensino secundário. O presente Estágio teve como principal objetivo avaliar de que forma o coaching contribui para o desenvolvimento de competências em alunos de flauta transversal. Deste modo, este estudo apoiou-se na metodologia Investigação – Ação, permitindo observar, investigar e planificar de uma forma simples, atrativa e objetiva, tornando o professor de flauta transversal (M09) um ser criativo. Este Estágio pretendeu ser um ponto de partida para um crescente interesse, tanto por parte dos professores como dos alunos, na aplicação do coaching em contexto musical, visando o desenvolvimento integrado ao nível cognitivo e emocional dos alunos.

The Internship report is inserted on the scope of the Professional Practice of the Master's Degree in Music Teaching at the University of Minho, developed at the Conservatório de Música de Guimarães. The coaching is described as a methodology with great impact in the daily basis, being considered a valuable and pertinent tool. This tool has been explored on the most diverse areas, namely in teaching sports, business, among others. The musical area is a potential focus where the coaching might contribute positively for a better performance of the players. The pedagogical intervention project was implemented on the referred school with the students of the 2nd and 3rd cycles and high school, being the project mainly focused on four high school students. The present internship had as main goal to evaluate in which extent the coaching would contribute for the development of the transversal flute students skills. Thus, the study was based on the methodology Investigation-Action, which allowed to observe, search and plan in a simple, attractive and objective, turning more criative the professor of transverse flute (M09). The internship intended to be a starting point for a growing interest, from the teachers and from the students, on the coaching application in a musical context, aiming the integrated development of the students at a cognitive and emotional leves.
