With the present project we intend to analyze the exchanges and sharing of the knowledge generated in the intergenerational encounter around the media, aiming to cross different problematics from a theoretical and a practical angle. The subjects involved are senior and children, the most vulnerable generations and the ones the demographic and socio cultural transformations of the last decades made more distant. Our look will be aimed towards cooperative dynamics typical of the intergenerational learning, characterized by the reciprocity and bidirectionality of the symbolic exchanges. By framing the study in an action research methodology, we intend to identify the factors that have influence in the acquisition of media skills and the benefits generated by the encounter around the media in both generations. We still propose to promote an intergenerational communication that contributes to a full media literacy and concurs to fight the digital and social exclusion. |
