Resumo(s)Playing, between parents and children, is a privileged form of interaction, which contributes to the strengthening of the bond between them. Technology is deeply rooted in contemporary society and is expected to continue in the future, therefore, it is pertinent to understand how technology can support the child’s development, as well as family relationships, to promote social interaction. Optimize the quality of user interaction is one of the main objectives of this work. For that, a user-centered design approach was adopted. The collection of data through parent surveys allowed to understand the user and define the project requirements. The user experience with children was studied during the development process, through usability tests, which allowed to improve product usability and optimize the user experience. Through a design methodology, a product was developed by following the user’s needs and preferences, able to promote meaningful and engaging playful experiences.
