Abstract

The last 20 years have witnessed dramatic advances in the development of electrochemical power sources. Almost all the application-limiting problems have been solved and the result is that new-generation batteries are once again game-changing the electronic, mobile computing and most importantly, the plug-in electric and hybrid vehicle transport market.
