In the (supposed) autonomy of the object, I mention the convergence of influxes from the areas of knowledge of the sociology of childhood and Physical Education (EdF) with the sociology of education in the dialogue with children, in scenarios of physical and sports activity "curricularized" in a Portuguese public institution. With the main objective of analyzing children's protagonism among the (mis)paths of embodiment at school, I stepped into the production of knowledge prioritized by human training on the technical training implied in the specifics of body practices. Focused by the method of participant objectification on the social conditions of the object, this investigation was also dialogued by a critical interpretivism of the school action to the limitations of the weekly workload for the fourth year of the basic cycle. Among normative domains and (in)formal consent of those responsible, they approved the children's attendance in classes, but not all signed authorizations for the research. Faced with this tacit configuration, all of them “delimited themselves to be” actively together. In the agreements with their teacher of P.E. (EdF), I took part of the classes as the primary mediator, to which I demarcated units of meaning as elements of analysis on the respective units of context processed by the computer program NVivo. Given the circumstances of pandemic isolation (Covid-19), two matrices were grouped and coded: one of the face-to-face period and others of the "Virtual Encounters" with the authorized children. From the analysis of the discourses in the content analysis layered by the matrices, I found co-occurrences of singular manifestations, whose different languages emerged on the arbitrary (inter)cultural of mediated interlocution-action. In the strategic problematization of the “how to do it” (dis)organized within the bodily practices (which are social), the traces of prejudices signaled between gender relations, motor performance and other exclusionary codes ended up bypassing debates about “why to do it” in other ways. The activation of these pro-forum states could be refined between limits and possibilities mapped by the categories habitus and participation. The first, considered as an instance of socialization, was decoded by the tokenist bias of participation in the directive sociodynamics of the various games shaped by the cultural arbitrariness of imposition and inculcation. Without discarding their regulated importance, the proposals have been transmuted to the second category. Looking at the higher levels, participation was instigated by pedagogical practices whose fruition of children's voices could be perceived by the dialectic of (motivated/compromised) power in their own analyzes of videos on actors and authorship in class. However, the school showed that it deliberated more for the embodiment in recesses by default than by the relationship with the area of knowledge and competence of the P. E. (EdF). From the hybridization of (un)predictable contents, the apprehension of the specificities of the constructed object could “sigh” in these places resized by the exercise of citizenship engaged in the coexistence of different manifestations. They point to the urgent need to (re)formulate the curriculum, in the sense of dissolving this dichotomy in childhood still thought of as a “mind” registered separately from the (pseudo)protagonist body within the legitimate space of children's rights. |
