| Resumo(s): | The present disclosure relates to an enzyme-rich extract obtained through solid-state fermentation (SSF) of Brewer's Spent Grain (BSG) to be used as a feed additive in animal diets, preferably fish diets. The present patent application also discloses a pre-treatment process of plant feedstuff-based (PF) diets in order to increase the nutrient bioavailability of said diets, thus increasing their nutritional value. |
