portugueses no mercado doméstico.
This dissertation examines the development of distribution strategies and explains the relationships generated within the distribution channels of Portuguese wines in the domestic market. The main objective involves understanding different forms of cooperation between the actors of the sector, taking into account their strategic objectives and how the members of the distribution channels are organized and relate to each other in order to improve their capacity for action in the market. A qualitative methodology was adopted through an unexplored method, the Delphi method, which involved a panel of nine participants. Complementarily, four interviews in-depth were conducted to industry retailers, as a way to enrich and validate the results obtained through the Delphi method. The results obtained allow us to identify the most relevant distribution formats , analyze the types of relationships that are established between the different members of distribution channels , identify key challenges and opportunities for these members and to identify wine distribution formats with higher potential growth. |
