Resumo(s): | O caminho para o equilíbrio mental e físico dos indivíduos parece passar pela interligação do
Capital Social (instituições positivas) com o Capital Psicológico (características individuais
positivas). É, também, importante estudar fatores negativos como a Ansiedade, o Stress e a
Depressão e aspetos positivos como o Bem-Estar Subjetivo (emoções positivas). Os objetivos desta
investigação foram analisar a relação entre o Capital Social e as componentes do Capital
Psicológico bem com as relações destes com variáveis negativas e positivas. Objetivou, também,
analisar as diferenças do Capital Social e das componentes do Capital Psicológico ao nível das
variáveis dependentes como a Ansiedade, Stress, Depressão, Afeto Negativo, Afeto Positivo e
Satisfação com a Vida. Esta investigação incluiu 255 participantes que responderam a um
questionário online de preenchimento único. Os resultaram evidenciaram uma relação positiva
significativa entre o Capital Social e as componentes do Capital Psicológico bem como relações
significativas com as variáveis negativas e positivas. Os resultados demonstraram que grupos com
maior ou menor Capital Social apresentam diferenças médias ao nível das variáveis dependentes.
As diferenças ao nível das variáveis dependentes ocorreram, também, para o Otimismo,
Esperança, Resiliência e Autoeficácia. The path to the mental and physical balance of individuals seems to pass through the interconnection between Social Capital (positive institutions) and Psychological Capital (positive individual features). It is also important to study negative factors, like Anxiety, Stress and Depression, and positive aspects, like the Subjective Well Being (positive emotions). The goals of these study were to analyze the relations between Social Capital and the components of Psychological Capital, as well as the relations between these and negative and positive variables. It was also a goal to examine the differences of the Social Capital and of the components of Psychological Capital at the level of dependent variables, like Anxiety, Stress, Depression, Negative Affect, Positive Affect and Satisfaction with Life. This investigation included 255 participants that answered an online questionnaire of a one time fill. The results pointed to a significant positive relation Social Capital and the components of Psychological Capital as well as to significant relations with the negative and positive variables. The results showed that groups with bigger or smaller Social Capital present medium differences at the level of the dependent variables. The differences at the level of the dependent variables also occurred to Optimism, Hope, Resilience and Self-efficacy. |
