Formação continua de professores : integração das TIC

Abstract

Apresenta-se um trabalho de investigação realizado com cinco turmas de professores, de diferentes escolas e áreas disciplinares no âmbito da formação contínua em contexto de prática efectiva (oficina de formação) sobre quadros interactivos. Realizou-se um questionário sobre a literacia dos mesmos relativamente às TIC, assim como ao nível de satisfação dos docentes relativamente ao tipo de formação contínua que já tinham realizado. Após nove meses da sua implementação, vinte docentes foram novamente contactados para realizarem um outro questionário sobre a aplicabilidade da formação em que tinham participado, no sentido de conhecer/compreender as possíveis alterações nas suas práticas lectivas. Tentou-se indagar qual a influência da formação contínua na prática lectiva dos professores dos ensinos básico e secundário e a importância da aplicação em contexto de sala de aula do que se aprende na formação.

This paper presents a research study conducted with five groups of teachers from different schools and curricular subject areas within the context of the official continuous training program in a workshop context on interactive whiteboards. A questionnaire evaluating ICT literacy, as well as the satisfaction level of teachers regarding the type of training program they had attended was driven at the end of the training program. After nine months of its implementation, twenty teachers were contacted again to conduct another survey on the applicability of the training program they had attended in order to know/understand the possible changes in their teaching practices. The goal of the study was to investigate the influence of ICT training in changing the teachers’ practices in primary and secondary education, analysing the effectiveness of the program in the integration of technologies as learning tools in the classroom.
