Normalização da manutenção preventiva numa empresa de mobiliário

Abstract

Este trabalho surge no âmbito da realização da dissertação de Mestrado de Engenharia e Gestão Industrial. Tem como principal objetivo proporcionar documentação standard sobre o plano de manutenção preventiva numa empresa de produção de mobiliário com o intuito de ser utilizado por todos os colaboradores, e assim aumentar a eficiência do sistema de gestão da manutenção. Com a normalização dos documentos de manutenção pretendeu-se reduzir as falhas dos equipamentos, através do planeamento das intervenções a realizar, proporcionando assim o aumento de eficiência e, consequentemente, a diminuição do número e tempo de paragens. Pretende-se que a manutenção preventiva passe a ser um ato integrado, com o intuito de prevenir as falhas. Na revisão bibliográfica efetuada foram abordados os tipos de manutenção existentes, a organização da manutenção, os custos associados e a importância dos indicadores que medem o processo da gestão da manutenção. Foi também abordada a filosofia TPM e principalmente um dos pilares principais a manutenção preventiva. Uma análise e diagnóstico da situação atual da manutenção na empresa permitiu identificar e relatar os principais problemas e a documentação que necessitava ser atualizada e restruturada. A classificação dos equipamentos existente podia ser melhorada com a priorização dos equipamentos mais críticos. De forma a colmatar tais problemas, recorreu-se a documentação standard, criou-se um índice de criticidade que permitiu detetar as linhas mais críticas e posteriormente realizou-se um estudo dos equipamentos que falhavam mais vezes nessas linhas. Em geral, a função manutenção não é fácil de gerir, pois envolve muitas variáveis que se encontram em mudanças constantes. Deve por isso o departamento de manutenção empenhar-se na melhoria contínua para atingir os objetivos.

This work appears in the context of the completion of the Master's thesis of Industrial Engineering and Management. It aims to provide standard documentation on the preventive maintenance plan to be fulfilled in a company of furniture production to be used by all the collaborators and therefore improve the efficiency of the management system of maintenance. Through the maintenance documents, it was intended to reduce failures of equipment, by planning of the interventions,, yielding the normalization thus increasing the efficiency and, consequently the decreasing of the number and duration of stops. It is intended that the preventive maintenance is now an integrated act to prevent failures. In the literature review carried out were addressed the types of existing maintenance, the maintenance organization, the associated costs, and the importance of indicators that measure the performance of the maintenance management. A diagnosis analysis of the actual situation of the maintenance in the company allowed the reporting of the main issues such as the documentation that needed to be improved with the prioritization of the critical equipment. In order to overcome such problems, standard documentations was used; an index of criticality which allowed the detection of the most critical lines was created and subsequently a study of equipment that failed more times in these lines was carried out. In general, the maintenance function is not an easy process to manage because it involves many variables that are constantly changing. Therefore, the maintenance departments should engage in the continuous improvement to achieve the goals.
