Escola, estratégias e convenções: um olhar sociológico-organizacional a partir das representações docentes sobre a “autonomia” consagrada das escolas básicas

Abstract

Este artigo enquadra-se num registo disciplinar da sociologia das organizações educativas no qual procuramos desenvolver algumas dimensões teóricas do modelo político de análise das organizações as quais nos permitiram articular com um outro quadro teórico: a escola das convenções. Este enquadramento teórico insere-se numa linha de complementaridade A partir dos contributos desta agenda, delineamos cinco lógicas de acção na análise das organizações. Na fase final do artigo, pretendemos corroborar a convenção existente entre a lógica cívicacidadã e a cívica-estatal, a partir de uma investigação empírica num Agrupamento de Escolas do Ensino Básico, num contexto de autonomia consagrada no Decreto-Lei nº 115-A/98.

This article was written within a disciplinary register of the educational organizations of sociology in which we propose to develop some theoretical dimensions of the political model of the organizations’ analysis which allows us to articulate with another theoretical approach: the conventions’ school. This theoretical approach comes within a complementary line. From this agenda’s contributions, we have defined five logics of action while analysing the organizations. In the final part of the article, we intend to corroborate the existing convention between the civic – citizen logic and the civic – state logic, from an empirical investigation carried out in a group of schools belonging to the Elementary Education, in an autonomy context acclaimed in the decree nr 115-A/98.
