Resumo(s): | This chapter presents and discusses the framework for analyzing change in teacher education. It will explore these dimensions and ways that particular leaders pursued changes in the programs for which they were responsible. It will make use of a theory of change promulgated by Kurt Lewin (“force field analysis”) that examined ways that innovative practices are undertaken and the challenges they face. |
