Para práticas de b-learning nos cursos do ISCED-Huíla: análise das necessidades de infraestrutura tecnológica e formação docente

Abstract

O b-leaning é a modalidade de ensino a distância cuja estratégia de ensino envolve diferentes iniciativas de inovação pedagógica, mas a sua integração no ensino depende em grande medida das infraestrutura tecnológica. Um aspecto que muitos especialistas em tecnologia educativa incentivam a investigar consiste em analisar e conhecer as particularidades das dimensões essenciais para a implementação do b-learning no ensino superior. O texto que nos propomos desenvolver está articulado a uma investigação em fase inicial de desenvolvimento, no âmbito da tese de Doutoramento em Ciências da Educação na especialidade de Tecnologia Educativa. A situação problemática que se pretende resolver com a investigação fundamenta-se na necessidade de analisar os limites e as potencialidades da infraestrutura tecnológica e dos níveis de proficiência e níveis de utilização das tecnologias, para práticas de ensino a distância na vertente de b-learning do ISCED-Huíla. Neste caso o estudo assumirá uma abordagem essencialmente quantitativa do tipo exploratório-descritivo, mediante o procedimento técnico de survey, embora recorrendo a dados qualitativos. A população será constituída pelo corpo docente da instituição, pelos funcionários do ISCED-Huíla, pertencentes à direção e pessoal da área da Informática. Como instrumentos para a recolha de dados pretende-se utilizar o questionário e o focus-group. O processo de tratamento dos dados será estruturado em métodos quantitativos baseados em análise estatística e na análise temática dos dados qualitativos de focus-group. Como resultados do estudo, pretende-se colocar à disposição do ISCED-Huíla, um plano tecnológico educativo da instituição sobre a infraestrutura tecnológica e apoio técnico, e formação dos docentes no âmbito da tecnologia Educativa e desta forma implementar da melhor forma o b-learning na instituição.

b-learning is the distance learning modality whose teaching strategy involves different pedagogical innovation initiatives, but its integration into teaching depends largely on technological infrastructure. One aspect that many specialists in educational technology encourage us to investigate is to analyze and know the particularities of the dimensions essential for the implementation of b-learning in higher education. The text we propose to develop is linked to a research project in its early stages of development, in the context of a doctoral thesis in Educational Sciences in the specialty of Educational Technology. The problematic situation that the research is intended to address is based on the need to analyze the limits and potentialities of the technological infrastructure and the levels of proficiency and use of technologies for distance learning practices in b-learning at ISCED-Huíla. In this case, the study will take an essentially quantitative approach, although it will use qualitative data through the technical procedure of an exploratory-descriptive survey. The population will consist of ISCED-Huíla employees, belonging to the direction, staff of the IT area and teaching staff of the institution. As instruments for data collection we intend to use the questionnaire and the focus-group interview. The data treatment process will be structured in quantitative methods based on statistical analysis and focus-group analysis. As results of the study, we intend to make available to ISCED-Huíla an educational technology plan for the institution regarding the technological infrastructure and technical support, and teacher formation in educational technology and thus implement b-learning in the best way in the institution.
