Espaço e materiais pedagógicos como apoio à aprendizagem na creche e no jardim de infância

Abstract

O presente relatório visa apresentar uma intervenção pedagógica realizada no âmbito da Prática de Ensino Supervisionada ao nível da dimensão pedagógica “Espaço e Materiais” na Creche e no Jardim de Infância. É, ainda, seu objetivo evidenciar a importância de uma organização pensada e adequada do ambiente físico para promover a aprendizagem das crianças. A nível teórico é feita uma abordagem generalizada sobre a organização do ambiente de aprendizagem em contextos de Educação de Infância. Posteriormente é feita uma abordagem mais específica sobre a utilização do espaço educativo ao serviço de uma aprendizagem ativa, fornecendo algumas linhas orientadoras que permitem auxiliar o trabalho do educador na organização do espaço e materiais pedagógicos. A nível empírico aborda-se a metodologia de Investigação-Ação que sustentou o projeto e descrevem-se as intervenções pedagógicas nos contextos de Creche e Jardim de Infância, procedendo-se, em ambas, à caracterização do ambiente educativo, à conceptualização do problema identificado e à justificação das questões que suscitaram a intervenção, definindo objetivos e refletindo sobre as estratégias adotadas.

The present report aims to present an educational intervention performed within the Supervised Teaching Practice at the level of pedagogical dimension "Space and Materials" in the Nursery and Kindergarten. It is also his goal to evidence the importance of an organization conceived and appropriate of the physical environment to promote children's learning. At the theoretical level a generalized approach is made on the organization of the learning environment in the context of early childhood education. Later it made a more specific approach on the use of educational space in the service of active learning, providing some guidelines that allow helping the work of the educator in the organization of space and pedagogical materials. At the empirical level approaches the methodology of Action Research that supported the project and describes the pedagogical interventions in the contexts of Nursery and Kindergarten, proceeding, in both, the characterization of the educational environment, the conceptualization of the problem identified and the justification of the issues that provoked the intervention, setting goals and reflecting on the strategies adopted.
