A cultura do vinho, China e Portugal

Abstract

Proponho este tema com o objectivo de analisar e comparar as culturas do álcool na China e em Portugal. A aguardente 白酒báijiŭ, bebida alcoólica favorita entre os chineses, tem uma longa história e interessantes articulações com a antiquíssima cultura sínica, sobretudo na área da literatura, mas não só. Por outro lado, o vinho português, nos seus variados tipos, deve ser considerado uma "jóia" no mundo da agricultura europeia, e, à semelhança do que já referi, tendo em consideração as inúmeras conotações com a cultura portuguesa, a sua literatura, a sua história, mesmo religião. Através da comparação entre as culturas do álcool na China e em Portugal, estudo este contextuado em considerações (necessariamente não exaustivas) que relevam da cultura, da arte, da sociedade, poderemos porventura melhor aprofundar alguma análise contrastiva das duas sociedades e culturas.

This dissertation analyses and compares the cultures of alcohol in China and Portugal. The Chinese alcohol, Baijiu, which is the most favorite alcohol drink for Chinese, has a long history and interesting joint with the Chinese classical culture, and influences deeply especially in the area of literature. The Portuguese wine, with a wide range of types, can be considered as the "jewel" in the world of European wine due to its high quality. It also displays numerous connotations by the impact on the literature and history of Portugal. By discussing the cultures of alcohol in China and Portugal, further contrastive analysis of these two societies and cultures can be carried on to a deeper level.

本文意在对中国、葡萄牙两国的酒文化进行对比。在中国，倍受中国人青睐的白酒具有 悠久的历史，和中国文化有着不可分割的联系，尤其在文学方面，影响颇深。而产于葡 萄牙的美酒，种类繁多，被誉为欧洲红酒世界中的瑰宝，通过对葡萄牙文化、文学、及 历史等领域的影响，向世人展示其不同的内涵。通过对两国酒文化的对比，我们可以更 好地对两国的社会、人文进行深层次的分析。
