Segurança e saúde ocupacional na reabilitação sustentável de edifícios históricos

Abstract

Perante o estado de arte sobre riscos (os riscos novos e emergentes), a forte crise económica, mas também multidimensional, um mercado de trabalho em evolução positiva, como é a reabilitação com Cartas e Convenções Internacionais, e um estudo à dimensão europeia (31 países) em todas as atividades profissionais, o estudo ESENER (2009) bem como os seus primeiros relatórios, pretendeu-se clarificar os riscos e a gestão de segurança e saúde no trabalho/SST na reabilitação sustentável de edifícios históricos. Após definir objetivo, contextos metodológicos, sentido de práticas, aprofundamento rigoroso do tema, aplicação de instrumentos, análise e conclusões, encontrou-se uma descrição segura do risco ergonómico músculo-esquelético (risco novo e emergentes, mas também característico deste ramo de atividade ocupacional) e uma forte preocupação com a queda em altura. Constatou-se uma efetiva verificação de diferentes agentes (técnico superior de SHT, coordenador de segurança de projeto e de obra, fiscais, encarregados de obra, Inspeção do Trabalho), um absentismo muito baixo, um útil sistema de gestão geral da SST, um ambiente formativo e de menor stress (relativo aos diferentes ramos de construção civil), por exemplo. Revelou-se então, um setor muito interessante, próspero e com futuro, podendo ter uma mais abrangente prevenção.

After to define methodological, objective contexts, felt of practical and rigorous deepening of the subject, met a description safe of the ergonomic risk muscle- skeletal (risk new and emergent, but also characteristic of this branch of occupational activity), one strong concern with the fall in height, evidenced an effective verification of different agents (superior technician of SHT, coordinator of workmanship and project security, inspectors, people in charge of workmanship, Inspection of the Work), a very low labor shortages, a useful system of general management of the SST, a formative environment and of minor stress (relative to the different branches of construction civilian), for example. One showed then, an interesting, prosperous sector very and with future, being able to have one more including prevention.
