Relacionamento conjugal no início da gravidez e aos três meses pós-parto: frequência e satisfação sexual

Abstract

Este estudo tem como objetivo identificar diferenças na frequência e satisfação sexual, entre o primeiro trimestre de gravidez e três meses pós-parto. Outro objetivo é avaliar o efeito da relação conjugal, da frequência e da satisfação sexual, no primeiro trimestre de gravidez, nas mesmas variáveis, três meses pós-parto. Participaram 97 indivíduos, com idades compreendidas entre os 17 e 46 anos, utentes da Consulta Externa de Ginecologia/Obstetrícia da Maternidade Júlio Dinis. Os instrumentos utilizados foram um questionário sociodemográfico e o Relationship Questionnaire (RQ). Os resultados revelaram que não existem diferenças na frequência e satisfação sexual, entre o primeiro trimestre de gravidez e três meses pós-parto. A relação conjugal positiva e negativa, no primeiro trimestre de gravidez, predizem a relação conjugal positiva e negativa, três meses pós-parto. A frequência sexual, no primeiro trimestre de gravidez, prediz a frequência sexual, três meses pós-parto. A satisfação sexual e a relação conjugal positiva, no primeiro trimestre de gravidez, predizem a satisfação sexual, três meses pós-parto. É sugerida uma estabilidade da frequência e satisfação sexual entre o primeiro trimestre de gravidez e três meses pós-parto.

This study has as main objective to identify differences in frequency and sexual satisfaction between the first trimester of pregnancy and three months postpartum. Another objective is to measure the effect of the partner relationship, frequency and sexual satisfaction in the first trimester of pregnancy, at the same variables three months postpartum. 97 individuals took apart on the study, with ages between 17 and 46 years, outpatients of the Julio Dinis Maternity Hospital Gynaecology/Obstetric Service. The instruments were a sociodemographic questionnaire and the Relationship Questionnaire (RQ). The results revealed no differences in frequency and sexual satisfaction between the first trimester of pregnancy and three months postpartum. The positive and negative relationship in first trimester of pregnancy predicts a positive and negative relationship three months postpartum. Sexual frequency in first trimester of pregnancy predicts sexual frequency three months postpartum. Sexual satisfaction and positive relationship in first trimester of pregnancy predict sexual satisfaction three months postpartum. It is suggested a stable frequency and sexual satisfaction between the first trimester of pregnancy and three months postpartum.
