A formação profissional do docente à inclusão de alunos com necessidades educativas especiais

Abstract

A pesquisa, intitulada “A formação profissional do docente à inclusão de alunos com necessidades educativas especiais”, teve como objetivo geral analisar a formação do docente em relação a inclusão destes alunos com necessidades educativas especiais (NEE). O que foi proposto foi identificar as dificuldades encontradas pelos docentes para sustentar o processo da inclusão, possibilitando oportunidades de integração de docentes da área visando o aprimoramento do processo ensino-aprendizagem, analisando a atuação dos professores de forma preventiva na integração dos portadores de necessidades educativas especiais com os alunos ditos “normais” para a minimização da exclusão. Assim, assegura-se que todos os alunos possam ter oportunidades educativas e sociais oferecidas pelas mesmas, e que a formação do docente é tarefa essencial para a melhoria do processo de ensino e para o enfrentamento das diferentes situações que implicam a tarefa de educar. A pesquisa foi realizada em uma escola pública, onde os sujeitos da pesquisa foram 8 (oito) docentes que trabalham diretamente com os alunos com NEE. Para o efeito a pesquisa realizada teve uma abordagem qualitativa do tipo estudo de caso, onde o estudo teve as características de estudo de casos múltiplos, produzindo dados descritivos, onde foram coletados e analisados os relatos dos docentes a partir das técnicas como entrevistas e observações. De acordo com os resultados deste estudo, os docentes afirmaram que não adquiriram em sua formação profissional diferentes conhecimentos que possibilitassem perceber os alunos com necessidades educativas no contexto escolar público.

The research titled “The professional training of teachers about the inclusion of students with special educational needs” aimed to analyze the training of teachers towards the inclusion of students with special educational needs (SEN). What was proposed was to identify the difficulties found by teachers to support the process of inclusion, enabling integration opportunities for teachers in area, aimed at improving the teaching-learning process by analyzing the performance of teachers preventively in integrating people with special educational needs, like "normal students" for the minimization of exclusion. So, ensures that all students can have educational and social opportunities offered by them, and the training of teachers is an essential step for the improvement of the teaching process and to cope with different situations involving the task of educating. The research was conducted in a public school where the subjects were eight (8) teachers who work directly with students with SEN. To the effect, research had a qualitative approach to the case study, where the study had characteristics of a multiple case study, producing descriptive data, which were collected and analyzed the reports of teachers from techniques such as interviews and observations. According to the results of this study, the teachers said that they have acquired in their training different skills that would enable students to realize the educational needs in the public school context.
