This environment requires organizations work in a system of continuous change and learning. By implementing continuous improvement programs, companies strive for excellence. The main goals of these programs are improving productivity and hence competitiveness. Its success depends, among other factors and in strong extent on the ability of people to acquire new behaviors. In other words, success grows in reverse measure of the resistance of the employees. TeamCoaching helps to overcome resistance to change and to create a learning environment.
