Exercício da China Central Television na América Latina

Abstract

O presente relatório tem por objetivo apresentar e descrever o trabalho que tem vindo a ser realizado pela Central China Television (CCTV) na América Latina, concretizado no âmbito do estágio curricular de fim de curso, do Mestrado em Estudos Interculturais Português/Chinês, da Universidade do Minho. O projeto decorre na filial da China Central Television Latin America, em São Paulo, entre março e julho de 2012. Este projeto surge da necessidade de uma reflexão do conhecimento e compreensão da lógica do jornalismo televisivo da China Central Television no Brasil. Pretende-se descobrir de que forma as barreiras linguísticas e culturais são ultrapassadas e de que forma estas mesmas dificultam a difusão ou aquisição de informação. Pretende-se também esclarecer de que forma o jornalismo televisivo influencia/constrói uma sociedade abordando também a parte da censura jornalística chinesa. A razão para a concretização deste projeto prende-se igualmente com a vontade de investigar e apresentar de forma clara e concreta a CCTV na América Latina, pois os poucos estudos feitos até agora são muito escassos e ainda longe do ideal. Neste relatório pretendeu-se, como principal objetivo, dar a conhecer uma sucursal da CCTV extremamente recente (inaugurada no dia 28 de julho de 2011) no estrangeiro e mostrar de que forma consegue executar as suas tarefas tanto no exterior (entrevistas, reportagens, etc) como no interior (marcação de entrevistas, investigação e estudo da notícia, edição e concretização, realização de pautas e realização de diretos em estúdio). Com a realização deste projeto consegue-se responder aos objetivos enunciados, particularmente em relação à componente realizada neste estágio. The objetive of this report is to present and to describe the work that has been done by the China Central Television (CCTV) in Latin America, achieved within the curricular training program of end of academic course, of Master degree in Intercultural Studies Portuguese/Chinese of Minho University. The project takes place at the filial of CCTV in Latin America at São Paulo, from March to July 2012. This project arises from the need to consider the knowledge and understanding of the logic of the television journalism of China Central Television in Brazil. The objective is to discover how the language and cultural barriers are overcome and how they can to difficult the diffusion or acquisition of information. Thus, it also intended to clarify how the television journalism influences/build a society referring also the Chinese censorship journalism. The reason for the accomplishment of this project has to do also with the desire to investigate and to present clearly and concrete the CCTV in Latin America, because the few studies done so far are very scarce and still far from ideal. At this training program it was intended, as main objetive, to present a new filial of CCTV (inaugurated on July 28, 2011) in a foreign country and show how them execute their tasks out of the office (interviews, reports, etc.) and inside of the office (booking interviews, research and study of the news, editing and concluding, prepare journalistic agenda, and conducting direct in the studio). With the completion of this project can be answered to the proposed targets, particularly in relation to component performed at this stage. With the creation of this report we can to know a little more about the CCTV work abroad played by the biggest television station of China.

从2012 年3 月到7 月，我在中央电视台位于圣保罗的拉美中心记者站实 习。这份报告是在实习期间完成的，也是我在米尼奥大学研读汉语葡 语跨文化研究硕士学位的实习报告，目的是介绍中央电视台拉美中心 站的工作。 在实习期间，我发觉非常有必要了解并理解中国中央电视台的新闻理念， 寻找发现什么造成了在国外信息获得中的困难，他们如何克服语言和文化的障碍， 以及通过中国的新闻审查，中国中央电视台的新闻如何影响其社会的发展。 由于目前对中央电视台拉美中心站的研究依然很少，这份报告旨在以清楚 明了的方式介绍中国中央电视台拉美记者站。 报告中主要的目的就是了解中国中央电视台的一个海外记者站（这个记者 站在2011 年7 月28 日开始运营）并展示其如何在外部（采访 ，报导等）及内部 （约定采访，资料调查，新闻研究，编辑，确定选题，进行直播）开展工作。通 过这份报告，特别是与我亲身实践相关的部分，希望可以能够达到以上所提到的 目标，认识中国最大国家媒体在国外的工作。
