Resumo(s)Wandering spleen is an unusual condition characterized by hypermobility of the spleen. This is a rare clinical entity and it's more common in childhood under 1 year of age and in third decade of life. In this second peak, it's more frequent in females. Clinical manifestations can vary from asymptomatic to abdominal emergency. Treatment is often surgical.
