dc.description.abstractThis works aims to study the influence of relevant hot compressi on moulding parameters on the impregnation of cellulosic fibres by a thermoplastic polymeric m atrix. The mechanical proprieties of Kraft/PMMA composites plates will be determined and used for the compression moulding process window determination. The thermoforming capabilities of the produced composites will be assessed by studying the curvature of plane specimens. It is also an important issue that this work contributes for a development of an eco-friendly material that will permit several applications on different engineering areaspor
