Resumo(s): | O presente relatório insere-se no âmbito da Prática de Ensino Supervisionada (PES), do 2.º ano de
Mestrado em Educação Pré-escolar e Ensino do 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico, do Instituto de Educação da
Universidade do Minho, no ano letivo de 2019-2020.
Este relatório apresenta o projeto de intervenção pedagógica e de investigação, baseado nos
pressupostos da investigação-ação, desenvolvido em contexto Pré-escolar, com crianças com idades
compreendidas entre os três e os cinco anos, e no contexto de 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico, numa turma
de 2.º ano de escolaridade. Toda a intervenção e investigação tem como principal objetivo perceber qual
o papel da alimentação na promoção de Estilos de Vida Saudável, nomeadamente num estudo realizado
em contexto de Educação Pré-escolar e no 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico. Desta forma, ao longo de todo o
projeto, foram desenvolvidas várias atividades que procuravam motivar e despertar a atenção das
crianças para a prática de estilos de vida saudável, nomeadamente ao nível da alimentação.
O projeto surgiu da necessidade dos contextos em melhorar os seus hábitos de vida saudáveis,
mais especificamente no que diz respeito à alimentação, não esquecendo todos os outros estilos de vida
saudáveis e assim perceber qual a importância de trabalhar esta temática com crianças em idade Préescolar
e alunos do 1.º Ciclo. Desta forma, as intervenções realizadas tiveram por base os interesses e
necessidades das crianças, atribuindo-lhes um papel ativo não só na planificação das atividades, como
também no desenrolar das mesmas. Atividades essas desenvolvidas em torno de um Projeto Curricular
Integrado, de forma a utilizar diferentes estratégias que as motivassem e despertassem para o gosto e o
interesse em explorar a temática dos estilos de vida saudável.
Em suma, toda a intervenção pedagógica contribuiu, não só para analisar e avaliar o impacto das
estratégias implementadas, no que diz respeito ao desenvolvimento das crianças, como também na
promoção de hábitos de vida saudável. Com esta intervenção foi possível também desenvolver e
aperfeiçoar os meus conhecimentos curriculares e pedagógicos, através de novas experiências e
aprendizagens enriquecedoras que se consubstanciam num contributo fundamental para a minha
atividade profissional futura. This report is part of the Supervised Teaching Practice (STP) of the 2nd year of Master in Preschool Education and the first Cycle of Basic Education, from the Institute of Education of the University of Minho, in academic year 2019-2020. This report presents the pedagogical and research intervention project, based on the assumptions of action research, developed in the Pre-school context, with children aged between three and five years, and in the context of the 1st Cycle of Basic Education, in a class of 2nd year of schooling. All intervention and research has as main objective to understand what is the role of food in promoting Healthy Lifestyles, namely in a study carried out in the context of Pre-school Education and in the 1st Cycle of Basic Education. In this way, throughout this project, several activities developed that pursued to motivate and awaken children's attention to the practice of healthy lifestyles, namely in terms of food. This project emerged from the need for contexts to improve their healthy lifestyles, more specifically with regard to food, not forgetting all other healthy lifestyles and thus realizing the importance of working on this topic with children of pre-school and 1st cycle students. In this way, the interventions based on the interests and needs of children, giving them an active role, not only in the planning of activities, but also in their development. These activities developed around an Integrated Curricular Project, in order to use different strategies that motivate and awaken them to the taste and interest in exploring the theme of healthy lifestyles. In short, all the entire pedagogical intervention contributed, to not only analyze and evaluate the impact of the strategies implemented, with regard to the development of children, but also in the promotion of healthy lifestyle habits. With this intervention, it was also possible to develop and refine my curricular and pedagogical knowledge, through new experiences and enriching learning that substantiated in a fundamental contribution to my future professional activity. |
