promover aprendizagens contextualizadas, motivadoras e significativas.
diferentes componentes do currículo e promovendo o desenvolvimento global e harmonioso do aluno. O
It is essential for the school to be involved in the knowledge development of educational use of Information and Communications Technologies (ICT), seeking to satisfy the interests of students and promote contextualized, motivational and meaningful learning. The work is based on a research project, set in Kindergarten and Primary School internship contexts, supported by pedagogical interventions. These interventions are guided by research-action cycles, where the contributions of ICT in innovation and curricular integration of the processes of teaching and learning are investigated. It is urgent to challenge teachers and students both to implement diverse methodologies and strategies of teaching and learning that favour globalized learning (cognitive, psychomotor, affective and relational) and integrated learning (to strengthen problem solving skills and to consult them to promote the development of competences at relevant moments), through the use of ICT. Students become consumers of technologies (by research, consulting information, watching movies, playing video games, etc.), but it is also necessary to understand that technologies as production tools (to photograph, record, program, etc), holistically expand the knowledge and perspectives of reality. It takes into account a transversal perspective educational integration of technologies, coordinating the different subjects of the curriculum and promoting the global and harmonious development of the student. By studying the local environment, the project in question conceives technologies as an element of curriculum integration and motivation to learn (Kindergarten's context) and the emergence of interest in children's literature consistent with relevant curricular topics (primary school's context). Students benefit from the integration of technologies into educational contexts, as they offer opportunities to create emerging educational environments for a motivational constructive and creative learning experience. Therefore, Technologies exert a strong attraction, both for their novelty and for the appealing formats that engage and motivate students requiring, though, the mediation of adults to understand their learning potential and challenges. The work developed corroborates the strong contribution of ICT in the realization of an integrated, motivational, and meaningful schooling for children. |
