Resumo(s):	With a theoretical and philosophical orientation based on the Strenghts-Based Care (SBC), undertaken in the Master's Degree in Nursing of the Person in a Critical Situation, we wanted to understand how ICU Nursing team support their decision-making and interventions, uncovering and discovering strenghts (strengths of relationship and knowledge), in order to promote health of patient in critical situation, with a humanization perspective of Nursing care.
