A mediação socioeducativa como um processo promotor do bom funcionamento das equipas educativas das casas de acolhimento

Abstract

A individualidade cada vez mais está presente no nosso dia-a-dia, as equipas estão cada vez mais transformadas em grupos, onde cada um trabalha por si, onde tudo parece uma competição, contudo, todos querem chegar a um mesmo fim. E porque não trabalhar em equipa? Porque não pensarmos em conjunto? Porque não existir uma boa comunicação? Existe um triangulo imbatível para uma boa equipa, a comunicação, a mediação e a inteligência emocional. Trabalhando juntas, tornam-se invencíveis. A mediação cada dia que passa evolui mais, tanto ao nível transformativo como ao nível preventivo. Cada vez mais existe um investimento por parte dos mediadores socioeducativos no que toca à regulação social, às interações interpessoais e aos laços, ou seja, não só importa gerir conflitos, mas sim preveni-los através da preservação das relações sociais e humanas entre os indivíduos, grupos e comunidades. Este projeto foi realizado no âmbito do Estágio do 2.º ano do Mestrado em Educação, na área de especialização em Mediação Educacional e procura responder à questão: como promover o trabalho cooperativo entre os profissionais da Equipa Educativa da Casa de Acolhimento?. Para responder a esta questão foram criados objetivos de investigação e de intervenção. Este projeto baseia se em pressupostos de investigação-ação participativa, onde podemos contar com a participação ativa e com as interações humanas do grupo com o qual se trabalhou, a Equipa Educativa da Casa de Acolhimento. O projeto suporta-se num diagnóstico de necessidades realizado através de inquéritos e observação participativa, na sua intervenção, que é monitorizada por diários de bordo e processada pelas sessões de Team Building e, por fim, na avaliação, onde é feito o inquérito final de Focus Group. Os resultados surgem no final, onde é demonstrada a evolução da Equipa Educativa, tanto individual como em grupo, ao longo da implementação do projeto. Em suma, este projeto possibilitou a caraterização da comunicação dos membros da equipa, bem como a identificação de dinâmicas capazes de promover atitudes positivas na equipa educativa da Casa de Acolhimento envolvida no estudo.

Individuality is increasingly present in our daily lives, teams are increasingly transformed into groups, where each one works for himself, where everything seems like a competition, yet everyone wants to come to an end. And why not work as a team? Why don't we think together? Why is there no good communication? There is an unbeatable triangle for a good team, communication, mediation and emotional intelligence. Working together, they become invincible. The mediation each day that passes evolves more, both at the transforming and preventive level. There is increasing investment by socio educational mediators in terms of social regulation, interpersonal interactions and ties, that is, it is not only important to manage conflicts, but to prevent them by preserving social and human relations between individuals, groups and communities. This project was carried out in the context of the Internship of the 2nd year of the Master's Degree in Education, with an area of specialization in Educational Mediation and seeks to answer the question: how to promote cooperative work among the professionals of the Educational Team of the Host House?. Research and intervention objectives have been set up to answer this question. This project is based on participatory action-research assumptions, where we can count on the active participation and the human interactions of the group with which we worked, the Educational Team of the Host House. This is supported by a diagnosis of needs carried out through surveys and participatory observation and their intervention is monitored by logbooks and processed by Team Building sessions, and finally, in the evaluation, where the final Focus Group survey is carried out. The results come at the end, where the evolution of the Educational Team, both individual and group, is demonstrated throughout the implementation of the project. In a way, this project made it possible to communicate the communication of the team members, as well as the identification of dynamics capable of promoting positive attitudes in the educational team of the Host House involved in the study.
