Redução de desperdícios na montagem final de caixas acústicas

Abstract

Esta dissertação foi elaborada por meio de um estudo executado dentro de uma empresa de fabricação de caixas acústica localizada no polo industrial de Manaus, onde foram aplicadas as ferramentas e princípios do lean manufacturing com objetivo de aumentar a produtividade. A principio foi desenvolvido uma revisão bibliográfica referente ao surgimento da Toyota Production System (TPS), seus princípios e valor agregado, e apresentação dos desperdícios que podem ser identificados dentro de um processo produtivo. A metodologia investigação ação foi aplicada para o desenvolvimento desta dissertação dentro empresa da empresa estudada com objetivo de reduzir os custos com mão-de-obra e movimentação desnecessária. Onde foi aplicada a metodologia WID para representar, analisar e diagnosticar o fluxo de materiais atual desde a saída dos stocks ate as linhas de produção. Sendo possível a identificação de alguns desperdícios área da WIP muito distante do processo produtivo elevando o tempo de transporte da matéria-prima. Na próxima fase da dissertação foram apresentados os problemas detetados para os gestores da empresa estudada e as possíveis soluções para melhorar o processo produtivo, porém, devido alguns problemas entre as partes envolvidas como o responsável pelo investimento e o tempo para aplicar as melhorias dentro do prazo solicitado para o fechamento da tarefa solicitada pelo nosso presidente não conseguimos aplicar todas as melhorias apresentadas. Foi possível alcançar metas estabelecidas por meio das implementações de algumas propostas aceitas pela empresa como, a mudança na estrutura do layout, o investimento para reduzir o tempo desperdiçado com transportes de materiais que foi de 60% e o aumento da produtividade foi em torno de 13% através das modificações dentro do processo produtivo em algumas linhas. Assim a propostas da automação no processo de produção foram cotadas e aplicadas durante o decorrer do ano de 2019.

It is dissertation was It was prepared through a study carried out within a speaker manufacturing company located in the Manaus industrial hub, where lean manufacturing tools and principles were applied to increase productivity. At first has been developed a bibliographical revision regarding the emergence of the Toyota Production System (TPS), Its principles and added value, presentation of the wastes than can be identified in a productive process. The action research methodology was applied for the development of this dissertation within company studied company with the aim of reducing costs with labor and unnecessary movement. Where the WID methodology was applied to represent, analyze and diagnose the current flow of materials from the exit of the stocks to the production lines. Being possible to identify some wastes in WIP area far from the production process, increasing the transportation time of the raw material. In the next phase of the dissertation were presented the problems detected to managers of the company studied and the possible solutions to improve the productive process, however, due to some problems between the parties involved as the person in charge of the investment and the time to apply the improvements within the term asked for the closing of the task requested by the client's president we were not able to apply all the improvements presented. It was possible to reach the established goals through the implementation of some proposals accepted by the company, as the change in the layout structure, the investment to reduce the time wasted with material transportation which was 60% and the productivity increase was around 20% through modifications within the production process in some lines. Thus, proposals for automation in the production process were quoted and applied during the course of 2019.
