Envolver para aprender: o projeto de inovação pedagógica no Agrupamento de Escolas de Cristelo

Abstract

Com o objetivo de identificar algumas das características que contribuem para o Perfil das Escolas que mais se ajusta a promover o bem-estar global e desenvolvimento positivo dos alunos e da restante comunidade educativa, ou seja, o perfil da escola do século XXI, faz-se uma análise e reflexão crítica e científica ao Projeto de Inovação Pedagógica implementado no Agrupamento de Escolas de Cristelo e a implicação desta metodologia nos processo ensino/aprendizagem e respetivos efeitos no sucesso escolar. Esta necessidade surge do facto do aluno do século XXI congregar um conjunto de características que exige da escola um dinamismo, flexibilidade, inovação e humanização que responda ao repto do desenvolvimento integral do mesmo. Neste âmbito, o estudo que aqui se apresenta tem como principal finalidade conhecer o processo de implementação do Projeto de Inovação, no Agrupamento de Escolas de Cristelo e averiguar sua sustentabilidade. procura-se, ainda, responder à questão de investigação: será o Projeto de Inovação Pedagógica uma resposta adequada à promoção do envolvimento escolar dos alunos na aprendizagem e, consequentemente, no seu sucesso escolar? Para tal, este trabalho é norteado pelos seguintes objetivos de investigação: i) analisar o modelo PI e apresentar a sua natureza; ii) apresentar projetos e atividades que se concretizam com o PI; e iii) refletir sobre o impacto do PI no envolvimento e sucesso escolar dos alunos. Procede-se ao enquadramento teórico e legislativo da inovação e a autonomia e flexibilidade curricular. Apresenta-se o Projeto de Inovação no Agrupamento de Escolas de Cristelo, bem como as medidas e as ações desenvolvidas que conduzem à operacionalização do projeto e ao cumprimento das metas estabelecidas no Projeto Educativo e no Plano Plurianual do mesmo agrupamento. O presente estudo é de natureza qualitativa, através do método de recolha de dados de análise documental e inquérito por entrevista, onde são apresentadas e analisadas criticamente a sua utilização.Esta dissertação termina com a reflexão crítica ao trabalho, elencando-se algumas propostas para possíveis investigações futuras e ainda as limitações com que nos deparámos ao longo deste percurso.

In order to identify some of the characteristics that contribute to the Profile of Schools that best fits to promote the global well-being and positive development of students and the rest of the educational community, that is, the profile of the 21st century school, it is a critical and scientific analysis and reflection on the Pedagogical Innovation Project implemented in the Agrupamento de Escolas de Cristelo and the implication of this methodology in the teaching / learning process and its effects on school success. This need arises from the fact that the student of the 21st century has a set of characteristics that demands dynamism, flexibility, innovation and humanization from the school that responds to the challenge of its integral development. In this context, the study presented here has the main purpose of getting to know the process of implementing the Innovation Project, at the Agrupamento de Escolas de Cristelo and ascertaining its sustainability. it also seeks to answer the research question: will the Pedagogical Innovation Project be an adequate response to the promotion of students' school involvement in learning and, consequently, in their school success? To this end, this work is guided by the following research objectives: i) to analyze the PI model and present its nature; ii) present projects and activities that materialize with the PI; and iii) reflect on the impact of IP on students' involvement and academic success. The theoretical and legislative framework for innovation and curricular autonomy and flexibility are carried out. The Innovation Project in the Agrupamento de Escolas de Cristelo is presented, as well as the measures and actions developed that lead to the operationalization of the project and the fulfillment of the goals established in the Educational Project and in the Pluriannual Plan of the same group. The present study is of a qualitative nature, through the method of data collection of document analysis and interview survey, where its use is presented and critically analyzed. This dissertation ends with a critical reflection on the work, listing some proposals for possible future investigations and also the limitations that we faced along this path.
