Avaliação da eficácia - impacto - efeitos da formação

Abstract

O presente relatório de estágio intitulado "Avaliação da eficácia/impacto/efeitos da formação" é o fruto do trabalho realizado no âmbito do Mestrado em Educação -Especialização em Formação, Trabalho e Recursos Humanos e teve como principal objeto de investigação a formação, mais concretamente, a avaliação da formação, na sua eficácia, no seu impacto e nos seus efeitos nos formandos que frequentaram determinadas formações modulares certificadas. Este estudo, permite-nos perceber se os objetivos delineados pela organização institucional, foram alcançados na formação, e de que forma é que esses objetivos se transformam em aprendizagens significativas, quer para o formando a nível pessoal como também a nível profissional, para os formadores e para a organização. Neste sentido, iremos depreender, o sucesso ou o insucesso das formações em análise, determinado, os seus constrangimentos e pontos fortes das mesmas, percebendo, de que forma é que a formação transporta efeitos, impactos e eficácia, na comunidade formativa, sempre numa perspetiva de melhoria e qualidade contínua da formação.

This internship report entitled "Evaluation of the effectiveness / impact / effects of training" is the fruit of work carried out under the Master of Education Specialisation in Training, Work and Human Resources and its main object of research training, specifically the evaluation of training, on its efficacy, impact and their effects on particular trainees sent certified modular formations. This study allowed us to realize the objetives outlined by the institutional organization, have been achieved in the formation, and how is that these objetives are transformed into meaningful learning, both for the student personally and also professionally, for trainers and for the organization. In this sense, we will be seen, the success or failure of training in analysis, determined, their constraints and strengths of them, realizing, how is that training transports effects, impacts and effectiveness, formative community, always with a view of continuous improvement and quality of training.
