Processo de recrutamento e seleção num grupo organizacional da área da construção civil: relatório de estágio

Abstract

O presente relatório tem por objetivo descrever os projetos desenvolvidos no âmbito do estágio curricular em Psicologia do Trabalho e das Organizações. As atividades foram desenvolvidas no Departamento de Recursos Humanos de uma empresa da área da Construção Civil, mais precisamente, na área do Recrutamento e da Seleção Profissional. Ao longo do estágio curricular tive a oportunidade conhecer e aprender acerca de todas fases, processos, metodologias e ferramentas inerentes a esta prática de Gestão. Em primeiro lugar é apresentado um enquadramento organizacional, onde consta a descrição da organização, incluindo a sua visão, missão e valores, os setores de atividade e as zonas geográficas de atuação. De seguida é descrito projeto de estágio, onde está retratada todas as experiências realizadas no estágio curricular, dando mais enfâse a todas as etapas do processo de Recrutamento e Seleção utilizadas na organização acolhedora de estágio. Após a descrição do projeto, são apresentados os resultados associadas ao objetivo principal do estágio curricular. O presente relatório culmina com uma breve reflexão critica sobre a própria experiência ao longo deste período formativo, assim como, de aspetos a melhorar nos métodos do processo de recrutamento e seleção utilizados pela organização.

The purpose of this report is to describe the projects developed within the scope of the curricular internship in Work and Organizational Psychology. The activities were developed in the Human Resources Department of a company in the Civil Construction sector., specifically in the area of Recruitment and Professional Selection. Throughout the curricular internship, I had the opportunity to learn about all the phases, processes, methodologies, and tools inherent to this management practice. Firstly, an organizational framework is presented, which includes the description of the organization, including its vision, mission, and values, sectors of activity, and geographical areas of operation. Next, the internship project is described, detailing all the experiences during the curricular internship, with an emphasis on all the stages of the Recruitment and Selection process used in the host organization. After describing the project, the results associated with the main objective of the curricular internship are presented. This report culminates with a brief critical reflection on the experience throughout this training period, as well as on aspects to improve in the recruitment and selection methods used by the organization.
