Otimização de processos de integração e clarificação de funções

Abstract

O presente relatório foi elaborado com a finalidade de concluir a Unidade Curricular de Estágio, inserida no segundo ano do Mestrado em Psicologia do Trabalho e das Organizações. A experiência de estágio decorreu no departamento de Recursos Humanos, especificamente na equipa de Desenvolvimento, de uma empresa do setor metalomecânico. Assim, o objetivo central deste projeto é retratar todas as atividades, aprendizagens, dificuldades e dilemas enfrentados durante este percurso. No que diz respeito à estrutura, o relatório tem início com uma breve introdução e com o enquadramento da organização, descrevendo a sua história, a sua missão visão e os seus valores. De seguida, são então apresentados, de forma mais detalhada, os projetos e atividades realizados, com enfase nos principais projetos relacionados com o manual de acolhimento e a descrição de funções da empresa. Esta descrição inclui os objetivos, a metodologia e os resultados obtidos nos mesmos. Por fim, o documento termina com uma reflexão pessoal de todo o trabalho desenvolvido, mencionando algumas aprendizagens que este projeto acarretou.

This report was prepared with the purpose of concluding the Internship Curricular Unit, included in the second year of the Master's Degree in Work and Organizational Psychology. The internship experience took place in the Human Resources department, specifically in the Development team, of a company in the metal-mechanical sector. Therefore, the central objective of this project is to portray all the activities, learnings, difficulties and dilemmas faced during this journey. Regarding the structure, the report begins with a brief introduction and the organization's framework, describing its history, mission, vision and values. Next, the projects and activities carried out are presented in more detail, with emphasis on the main projects related to the welcome manual and the company's job description. This description includes the objectives, methodology and results obtained from them. Finally, the document ends with a personal reflection on all the work carried out, citing some lessons learned from this project.
