Práticas de escrita nas aulas de Inglês e de Espanhol

Abstract

O presente relatório enquadra-se na realização do Estágio Profissional no âmbito do Mestrado em Ensino de Inglês e de Espanhol no 3º ciclo e no Ensino Secundário e reflete a conceção e implementação de um Projeto de Intervenção levado a cabo em duas turmas, uma de 10º e outra de 11º ano. A escrita criativa era o tema do projeto e o mesmo pretendia contribuir para o desenvolvimento da competência da escrita nos alunos através da modalidade da escrita criativa em línguas estrangeiras. Estabeleceram-se como objetivos pedagógicos e de investigação: i) diagnosticar as principais dificuldades dos alunos nas tarefas de expressão escrita; ii) aferir a utilização de estratégias no domínio da expressão escrita; iii) promover a autonomia do aluno na escrita criativa através de atividades motivadoras; iv) fomentar a reflexão sobre a escrita como um processo recursivo e autorregulado; e, v) avaliar o impacto e pertinência das estratégias propostas no desenvolvimento da escrita criativa. De forma a cumprir os objetivos traçados, foram delineadas estratégias e instrumentos didáticos e de investigação que permitiram a recolha de dados, como as grelhas de observação de aulas, questionários, fichas de autorregulação, sequências didáticas e criação de materiais subjacentes à escrita criativa, os quais culminaram na realização de textos criativos. A análise dos textos criativos obtidos, bem como dos instrumentos didáticos e de investigação, como sendo os questionários e as fichas de autorregulação, permitiram avaliar positivamente a utilização da escrita criativa como recurso de desenvolvimento da competência escrita nas duas turmas alvo.

This report refers to the training practicum carried out within the Master in Teaching of English and Spanish in the 3rd Cycle of Basic Education and in Secondary Education. It reflects the design and implementation of an Intervention Project that took place in two classes of the 10th and 11th grades. Creative writing was the theme of the project which intended to contribute to the development of the writing competence of students through the creative writing method. The following educational and research objectives were established: i) to diagnose the main difficulties of students in writing tasks; ii) to assess the use of strategies in the field of writing; iii) to promote the autonomy of the student in creative writing through motivating activities; iv) to encourage reflection on writing as a recursive and self-regulated process; and v) to assess the impact and relevance of the proposed strategies in the development of creative writing skills. In order to comply with these objectives, didactic strategies and research tools were outlined: grids of classroom observation, questionnaires, self-regulation worksheets, didactic sequences and the creation of teaching materials on creative writing, were used as data collection techniques that culminated in the realization of creative texts. The analysis of the obtained creative texts, as well as the analysis of other data from other teaching and research tools, such as questionnaires and self-regulation worksheets, allowed me to evaluate positively the use of creative writing as a resource for the development of the writing competence in the two target groups.
