Currículo e cultura de projetos: uma investigação na prática cotidiana do professor

Abstract

Este trabalho investigativo - voltado para o campo dos estudos curriculares e de formação contínua dos professores - envolve, especificamente, o trabalho dos professores do Ensino Fundamental I, no campo dos Projetos de aprendizagem/trabalho. Está inserido no âmbito de um estudo qualitativo, possui uma abordagem metodológica pautada pela investigação-ação e cumpre todo o ciclo investigativo, inerente a esta categoria de pesquisa. Epistemologicamente, este estudo é concebido como investigação participativa, colaborativa, crítica e interpretativa. Desempenha um papel importante, voltado à formação contínua e reflexiva das professoras participantes. A interpelação aos processos metodológicos e epistemológicos abordados é percebida como recurso holístico de inovação pedagógica, amparado nos saberes e conhecimentos oriundos do campo das Ciências da Educação, que englobam, especificamente, concepções conceituais de currículo, cultura e Pedagogia de Projetos, comunidades de aprendizagem e desenvolvimento profissional de professores. Partindo destes conceitos referenciais e das dificuldades enfrentadas pelas professoras, no âmbito do desenvolvimento dos Projetos, em suas salas de aula, o foco da nossa investigação foi entender o que as professoras realizam sobre os Projetos de trabalho/aprendizagem que desenvolviam com seus alunos, para ajudá-las a melhorá-los. Para tanto, foi elaborado um plano inicial investigativo, examinando suas concepções teóricas e metodológicas, priorizando a realidade do contexto da instituição educativa, representada pelos saberes e desejos de aprendizagem da comunidade escolar. Por aproximadamente um ano, o plano foi desenvolvido junto ao grupo de professoras, em formato de pesquisa-ação, com caráter de formação-reflexão-ação, em um processo dinâmico e colaborativo envolvendo investigadora e comunidade escolar. Assim, este estudo proporcionou contribuições importantes para o desenvolvimento intelectual da investigadora e das professoras, ativou a cooperação entre os membros participantes, motivou a aprendizagem dos alunos e, ainda, avançou na perspectiva de práticas pedagógicas inovadoras e globalizantes.

This research work is focused on the field of curricular studies and on the ongoing training of teachers, specifically involves the work of primary school teachers in the field of learning/work projects. It is part of a qualitative study, it has a methodological approach guided by action research and fulfills the entire research cycle, inherent to this category of research. Epistemologically, this study is conceived as a participatory, collaborative, critical and interpretive research. It plays an important role, aimed at the continuous and reflective formation of the participating teachers. The interpellation to the methodological and epistemological processes are perceived as holistic resources of pedagogical innovation, supported by the knowledge coming from the field of Educational Sciences, which specifically encompass conceptual conceptions of curriculum, culture and pedagogy of projects, communities of learning and professional development of teachers. Based on these reference concepts and the difficulties faced by the teachers in the development of the projects in their classrooms, the focus of our research was to understand what teachers do about the work / learning projects they had developed with their students, to help them improve them. For that, an initial research plan was elaborated, examining its theoretical and methodological conceptions, prioritizing the reality of the context of the educational institution, represented by the knowledge and desires of learning of the school community. For approximately one year, the plan was developed together with the group of teachers, in an action-research format, with a training-reflection-action character, in a dynamic and collaborative process involving researcher and school community. Thus, this study provided important contributions to the intellectual development of the researcher and the teachers, activated the cooperation among the participating members, motivated the students' learning and advanced in the perspective of innovative and globalizing pedagogical practice.
