Amigos críticos : uma estratégia colaborativa de inovação das práticas no jardim de infância

Abstract

Este projeto de investigação-ação teve como intuito resolver alguns problemas decorrentes da prática educativa, através da pesquisa e reflexão sobre a mesma. Este trabalho desenvolveu-se através da colaboração com outra colega (amigo crítico), também educadora de infância. Esta forma de interação da experiência e dos conhecimentos teórico-práticos de ambas as educadoras permitiu a resolução de problemas curriculares e pedagógicos de forma mais eficiente e, consequentemente, a melhoria do desempenho profissional e pessoal. O presente trabalho de investigação e intervenção foi desenvolvido pelas duas educadoras em contexto de sala de aula, em ciclos sucessivos e aprofundados, que permitiram imprimir dinâmica a todo o processo de ensino-aprendizagem desenvolvido ao longo do ano (durante seis meses), sendo por isso considerado um processo de investigação-ação. Esta necessidade de responder a problemas da prática educativa exigiu das investigadoras o recurso a diversas estratégias cujos resultados contribuíram para o desenvolvimento das diferentes fases e ciclos do processo investigativo, através da análise reflexiva e continuada de toda a informação recolhida através de diversos instrumentos, elaborados para o efeito. A aposta foi acreditar que o trabalho colaborativo e a reformulação de estratégias curriculares seriam o caminho certo para atingir os objetivos pretendidos, nomeadamente a melhoria do ensino e da aprendizagem das crianças, cientes de que estes processos são exigentes, mas promotores do desenvolvimento profissional e pessoal. Esta investigação foi um começo e não um fim. A ideia e a vontade de continuar a defender esta forma de trabalho permanece em nós e acreditamos que podemos mudar os contextos pedagógicos à nossa volta, porque esta será a “chave” para a criação ou renovação de estratégias de inovação curricular. Ao longo de todo o processo percebemos a importância da reflexão pessoal e conjunta. Face à complexidade de desafios que nos são apresentados nas nossas escolas, sabemos de antemão que há alternativas possíveis pelas quais temos que continuar a lutar. Apesar de este trabalho constituir uma pequena amostra do que pode ser feito em termos de inovação educativa, é preciso continuar a investir e contagiar outros profissionais através da divulgação de “boas práticas”. Acreditamos, de facto, que este possa ser o caminho inovador para o sucesso educativo das crianças num futuro muito próximo.

This action-research project had the aim to solve some problems of the educational practice, through research and reflection on it. This work was developed through collaboration with another colleague (critical friend), also kindergarten teacher. This form of interaction of experience and theoretical and practical knowledge allowed more efficiently problem solving of curricular and pedagogical and, consequently improving the professional and personal performance. This work of investigation and intervention was developed by two educators in the context of the classroom, in successive cycles and depth, that allowed dynamic print the whole process of teaching and learning developed throughout the year (for six months) and are therefore considered a process of action research. This need to respond to the practical problems, demanded of investigating the use of various strategies whose results contributed to the development of different phases and cycles of the investigative process, through continuing reflective analysis of all information collected through various instruments designed for that purpose. The bet was to believe that collaborative work and reformulation strategies curriculum would be the right way to achieve the intended objectives, namely to improve the teaching and learning of children, aware that these processes are time consuming but enriching from the point of view of growth professional and personal. This investigation was a beginning and not an end. The idea and will to continue defend this form of work remains in us and we believe we can change much around us, because this will be the "key" to the creation or renovation of curricular innovation strategies. Throughout the process realize the importance of individual reflection and joint. Given the complexity of challenges that are presented to us in our schools, we already know that there are alternatives by which we must continue to fight. Although this study constitutes a small sample of what can be done in terms of educational innovation, we must continue to invest and infect other professionals through the dissemination of "best practices". We believe, in fact, that this may be the way to innovative educational success of children in the near future.
